Marketing agencies and internal brand teams faced a paradox: generative AI seemed able to play a huge part in content creation, content marketing, and digital advertising. But the tools available, from ChatGPT to Jasper, treated marketing as if a single user working alone could maintain brand voice across dozens of campaigns, products, and client relationships. An Chatbot interface was not enough; marketing agency owners around the world recognized this problem instantly.


Chris Curtis did too and knew that he could only solve the problem by building software - not a sloppy app written by AI and freelance developers, but a mature, secure, and professionally built software product. OCloud Solutions faced a technical crossroads in 2023 when OpenAI lacked image generation support. The team needed to integrate Replicate for images alongside OpenAI for text, and the path forward became clear: they were heading toward a future of managing eight to ten different API integrations as new AI capabilities emerged. Rather than accumulating this technical debt, OCloud Solutions architected Morning AI on LangChain and LangGraph. This framework allowed the platform to incorporate multiple AI models through a unified interface, with four to five different LLMs now working behind the scenes, each optimized for specific tasks.


The development team built context engineering capabilities that separated dynamic elements (content templates, use case configurations, template prompts) from static brand, customer, and product data.
