The Challenge:
A different Salesforce partner had done a poor job of setting up Xebec’s Salesforce solution. The system was a mess, and the company wasn’t seeing any return on their initial investment. Xebec needed a partner who understood how to leverage Salesforce to get results in real estate – and who was willing to stick around and provide continued strategic and development support after the initial implementation.
The investor relations team was still using spreadsheets to onboard new investors. They needed a fast, secure, and convenient way to bring on new investors and to share sensitive information such as tax documents and investment performance reports.
The investor relations, asset management, legal, capital markets, and accounting teams all needed information and status reports about the opportunities the acquisitions team was pursuing, but there was no good way to share data and keep everyone in the loop. Team members were wasting a lot of time tracking down data instead of focusing on more valuable activities.
The Solution:
Fixed the existing (failed) solution and built Xebec a solid Salesforce foundation. Our team developed & implemented a customized Sales Cloud solution and rolled it out in the Lighting platform.
Built a dynamic investor portal using Experience Cloud. Xebec operates using three distinct brands, and our solution included a custom UI/UX for the portals associated with each brand. This allowed Xebec to move their entire investor intake process from Excel to Salesforce.
Implemented Marketing Cloud Account Engagement. This project included development work as well as post-implementation technical support and user adoption training for Xebec’s Marketing team.
Enabled accurate cash flow projections & reporting using Sales Cloud. The Platinum Cubed team built custom dashboards to allow users to quickly compare forecasts vs actual cash flow and performance data.
Increased acquisition data visibility using Salesforce. Now other teams have easy access to the data they need to make smart decisions about investor outreach, asset management, cash flow planning, and other important aspects of commercial real estate investment.
Provided fractional Salesforce admin services. We continue to provide outsourced admin services to the Xebec team, including periodic strategic planning, ongoing development, regular updates, and user support and training.
