Madison Ave Consulting launched a 10 days coaching program on Salesforce Health Cloud for The Hansen Foundation using their MX1 delivery methodology. It supported 40+ patients, achieced 100+ goals, and validated the directors' vision.
The Hansen Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides affordable, long-term recovery residences and a resource center to support individuals and families affected by substance use disorders.
The Hansen Foundation has been providing recovery support services to New Jersey families since 1999. Over the summer, they received the exciting news that the State had approved their Peer Recovery Program. They quickly realized the challenge of getting this impactful program up and running in just under two weeks. The program would provide coaching services to patients receiving medication-assisted treatment. With a launch date just two weeks away, the Hansen team needed help finding a software solution to track and manage this program effectively.
The leadership team, including the Program Director and CTO, felt the pressure! They knew that without the right software in place, the program could fail before it even got started. Meanwhile, the Peer Recovery Coaches, including Sarah and Mark, were eager to get to work and help their patients on the road to recovery.
That's when Madison Ave Consulting eagerly dove in head first. The Hansen Foundation was already a client of Madison Ave using their "Admin On Demand" service. When the Chief Technology Officer brought up the issue during a weekly status call, the Madison Ave team knew they had to act fast. The Madiosn Ave Team put their heads together and recommended deploying the solution on Salesforce's Health Cloud. But with just ten days until launch, the Hansen team was skeptical that the job could be completed on time.
That's when Madison Ave Consulting revealed its secret weapon: MX1, a proprietary delivery methodology focused on value, simple design, and above all else, speed. The Madison Ave team worked around the clock, collaborating with three development teams across the United States, Europe, and India to deliver this solution quickly.
A few of the Madison Ave team members drove down the Garden State Parkway to Atlantic City, NJ, for launch day. In true Madison Ave fashion, some team members woke up early for a sunrise run on the beach to prepare for the big day. The team then arrived at the Hansen Foundation headquarters armed with a trunkful of Chick-fil-A and a fully functioning software solution. They worked tirelessly to train the Peer Recovery Coaches and wrapped up the day with a meeting with the executive team to show them the final product. The project was a major success, with over 40 patients successfully moving through the program, achieving more than 100 goals, and participating in over 200 activities!
But the real impact of the program went beyond the numbers. Patients like Ryan and Karen, who had struggled with addiction for years, found hope and support in this groundbreaking program with help from their Peer Recovery Coaches. Sarah and Mark, who had started as coaches, became close friends and mentors to the people they were helping. And for the Program Directors, the program's success validated their vision and hard work.
Looking back on the experience, both the Hansen Foundation and Madison Ave Consulting learned much about the importance of collaboration, communication, and a shared sense of purpose. They knew there would be challenges ahead, but anything was possible with the right team in place. *Some names have been changed to protect individuals' identities.
