As a business that transforms how companies train and upskill their staff, Flint reached us with a request to help fulfill their needs with a custom eLearning software development platform. It was supposed to be a single user-friendly ecosystem for students, managers, trainers and other people involved in the training process within the organization.
The goal of Flint's project was to create a single hub that would enable students, mentors, and admins to learn new skills, monitor performance, create and store courses, communicate, and more. In addition, the platform was supposed to have a live interactive component, which would allow the student and mentor to get in touch.
